Why’d my monthly rate go from $55 to $85 ?

Hello ! I was paying $55 monthly for my home WiFi and now I’m paying almost double a month. I haven’t switched my plan or anything just been paying on time so I’m just wondering why.

user_wd9xpv Thank you for reaching out! If nothing has changed with your service, it sounds like your promotional discount may have expired, causing the rate to adjust to the regular price. If you compare a recent billing statement to an older one, it should show what changed for you.
