Why my Wi-Fi keep disconnected?

Whenever I play video games on my PC, I get a message "disconnected". I have tried multiple times using the app for troubleshooting but nothing has changed and I'm still getting disconnected during the games. But based on the app, it did say there was an issue and asked me if I wanted to make an appointment. I'm confused why it asks if I want to make an appointment even tho I'm trying to reset the Wi-Fi. 

I want to say it has to be router but I'm not 100% sure because I have tried resetting the PC and changing the ethernet cable first, but nothing has changed. Is there any solution for this issue that I am having?
