Is / are the light / lights on the modem lit steadily, or are they blinking ?

@user_fxdhog Were you able to try any of the steps @EG provided? Are you still without your internet?

Have you checked to ensure all the connections to your modem and wall outlet are finger tight and secure?

Is your device plugged into a switched outlet or power strip?
