why isn’t my service active after i changed addresses

well, since the multi billionaires at comcast can’t use any of their precious money to hire customer service agents i’m forced to come to this public forum to ask a question about my personal account 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

i did the change of address but nothing ever switched over and now i don’t know what to do or who to ask because comcast “customer service” is nonexistent
