What equipment are you using for WiFi and what devices are you having problems with?
Some 2.4GHz only devices don't get along with WiFi 6 routers, access points, mesh kits, etc. when they are set to use the same SSID (network name) for 2.4 and 5GHz (and 6GHz if it's WiFi 6e).
Hello @user_kku5j9, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum. Are you still having connection concerns?

Open xfinity app
Click on wifi
Wi-Fi details
Edit Wi-Fi settings
Edit setting
Click on WAP3
Will give you opinions to label 2/5/6g so you can connect some to 2, and other devices to 5.
