Why is xfinitys internet so horrible

The internet I’ve been paying for vs what I’ve gotten have been honestly more then disappointing, i can even watch tv without it freezing every few minutes. Ive spent money on a mesh router system and modem and it won’t make a difference cause, I’ve troubleshot it to the point where there’s nothing else I can do to fix it. All the equipment is compatible, the line from the road to the house is brand new, I have done all the turn on and reset tricks and modem and router settings and nothing works.

Just to clarify, the unload, download, or internet led on my modem with start flashing randomly whenever I do anything. Sometimes all of them, I have 4 mesh wifi routers across my house with a lan wire even connecting the really far distances.

Xfinity replaced the wire from the street to our house with no success. I have everything plugged into my powersuplly so it’s getting the power it needs with no surges. I’ve had to reset it or even sometimes wait out the problem even after resetting it so I know it can’t be me. whenever I have a technician come the internet will work perfectly fine even better but as soon as they leave it goes back to being horrible and unreliable
