WHY IS MY DATA USAGE SO VERY HIGH FOR MONTH OF MARCH??

i usually only use about 200 to 300 GB a month...now i am way over the 1229 GB limit this month.  last month it was almost 700 gb.  The only thing different is the xfinity flex i got.  WHich i only watch about 4 hours a day.  My sons computer only used 33 gb this month so where is all this extra data coming from?????  I was also told that streaming a 2 hour movie is only about 6gb.  I changed my wifi password and checked all my apps..nothing that uses this much.  If its this xfinity flex  they can have it back!!!

I would like to look into this further with you. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address.

 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

Has your issue been resolved? I am having the same issue. Our two person household averages less than 200 mb but for the last two months we have exceeded the data cap with no changes in our usage. At this point I am considering getting service elsewhere.

We can always help you manage your account and review the resources we offer that let you review data usage. But we can't see exactly what your data was used on. This team can help!
