Why is Comcast Internet so bad

Past three days been dealing with constant drops and internet going offline at random time.  All devices loose connection and can be down for 1 min or half hour or more.   Then when you want to check a status you fire up that AWSOME xfinity app that crashes or doesnt even detect a problem or tell you there is a outage.

user_rtznbc Thank you so much for letting us know you are having these connection issues over the last few days. It sounds like this would be very frustrating so thank you so much for stopping in so we have a chance to help. Have you by chance already checked out our troubleshooting page here in the forums? I would be curious to see what your signal levels are showing when this is going on.
