Why does Xfinity drop its signal constantly? How can you game or connect to an office VPN? I am paying for 1.1 Gbps. is this a joke?

Um, I could get 200 mbs from verizon and it NEVER dropped once.  The service I have from comcast drops me from the VPN and from games constantly.  and yes, i've restarted the gateway and screwed in the cord lol.  How can I get someone to come LOOK at the situation?

Ok, I went to the support.  To have a chat.  It is impossible to get someone on the phone.  The chat is slow.  I do not want to sit on the chat all day. I have to work.

Ok, I've reach out to support @XfinityVictor , @EG  Silly though, I just signed up and just got the new service.  This is a waste of my time.
