@user_wmvdu8 Thanks for using the forum to get help. Follow the guide here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting to troubleshoot the connection. That will fix it, or help you schedule a technician to continue troubleshooting onsite if necessary.
