Why do I have two accounts now ?

So..... I added a speed / plan upgrade :

Internet 1 Gig | Download speeds up to 1000 Mbps; Upload speeds up to 100 Mbps for $110 

Minus the 5-Year Price Guarantee discount - $50

Minus the Autopay & Paperless discount - $10

Now I have two accounts listed, which one is actually active ? 

The XA chat bot is absolutely useless, you might as well remove it from the website. 

Spoke with customer service yesterday but there are still TWO accounts listed this morning ?

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
