Why am I having daily outages in my area
I am having repeated multiple-hour daily outages. This is not a singular instance but has repeated every day for multiple days and always during critical business hours.
Also, I cannot make contact with any person or other form of communication which can explain the issue in some detail.
The only communication is a notification; an agent can not help me.

First. When these outages occur are they being officially indicated here with any info about them ?;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

I have had really bad service for over a year, no rhyme or reason, sometimes an outage is reported, sometimes its just me. 5 different technicians cant solve the problem. Store employee very rude and unprofessional. I am switching to a different provider once they finish installing, and I see their trucks in my neighborhood. So long, Xfinity
