Why am I being throttled?
Every night like clock work I am being throttled to 12.9mbps. I pay way too much for significantly faster speeds. I know the issue isn’t with my equipment as it only happens at night.

Hi there, @user_n8a8rl ! Thank you for reaching out your service slowing down at night. We never throttle your speed to something else is causing the problem to happen. What time of the evening are you seeing this? When did the problem first begin?
