Whitelisting a Website

Does anyone know of a procedure for successfully getting a website whitelisted by Xfinity/Comcast?  I have two websites that I maintain which cannot be accessed via Comcast internet/wifi.  I don't mean just my internet, I mean by ANYONE using Xfinity/Comcast internet.  I have submitted them numerous times via the facility at https://spa.xfinity.com/report, but no action has ever been taken.  I've also made three calls to Comcast tech support, done two live tech chats and even visited my local Xfinity store.  All without success in finding someone who even knows what I'm talking about.

One of the websites is for a fishing club (4thwardbassanglers.atwebpages.com) and the other is a website of car photos (englishfords.atwebpages.com).  Nothing harmful on either of them.  I have a few other websites that continue to be accessible.  Thanks.

Hello @user_f655ae. I'm sorry to hear that you've had no success in having these websites made available. My best recommendation is to speak with our Customer Security Assurance team, which is a dedicated group that assists with these types of issues and other security troubles for our customers. I'll include their contact phone number below, and I hope they will be able to quickly assist in unblocking your websites for you.

I've called that number four times and have not yet encountered a person who understood what I was talking about.

You can also call into Xfinity at 1-800-XFINITY and once you do reach a customer service representative, you can ask to be connected to our Customer Security Assurance Team.

I no longer work for Comcast.

Well, I tried calling that number, had to speak to a representative (in India or somewhere) for about a half hour and finally was told I would be transferred to the Customer Security Assurance Team.  I then waited on hold for ten minutes and was then reconnected to the same representative who asked me the same questions all over again.  I hung up. Is there anyone at Xfinity/Comcast who knows what blacklisting and whitelisting are?  Somebody in the company must know how to make a website accessible.  Thanks.

I gave up trying to get this problem resolved and just moved my website to a different web host with a different domain name.  Too bad it came to that, but I never reached an

Xfinity/Comcast rep who could understand what the issue was (let alone the solution).

Sorry to hear you had trouble reaching our Customer Security Assurance team who would have been the best assistance for your request, and that certainly isn't the experience we wanted for you. Wish there was more we could have done for you here, but they are the only team able to assist with your security issues.
