White Lights on Arris SB6190 with Xfinity Internet

Hi. I just bought and connected a new Arris Surfboard SB6190.
I have Xfinity 300 mbps Fast internet speed.

The lights are supposed to be the following colors on this Arris SB6190 cable modem:

Power = solid Green

Receive = solid Blue

Send = solid Blue

Online = solid Green

My "POWER" and "ONLINE" lights are solid White. 
This is very odd because when I've reset the modem and/or unplugged it, those lights initially come in as green.

I'm concerned that I either have a faulty modem or I may not be getting the full speed.
Is this okay?

Hi, @amoviefan1. I hope you are doing well. I wanted to follow up on this and see how things are going? Did you end up seeing any changes, or did you decide to swap it out instead?

I spoke with a Target tech advisor and also an Arris tech. They both explained how my two, solid white lights were completely normal.

So, I’m keeping my cable modem for now.

I have several weeks more if I need to return it.

@amoviefan1 I am glad to hear you were able to speak to an Arris tech to confirm that it is doing what it should! Please let us know if anything else comes up!
