White flashing light on xpod.

I have a xpod that is continuously flashing white light even though Xfinity App tells me that it has a strong WiFi connection. I have tried restarting router, removing and adding xpod to my network, and also moving xpod to different locations, etc. but it continue to show white flashing light. (I even removed it right next to the main router, and it is still continuously blinking white light. When devices connect to this xpod, I often get very unreliable internet connection, and internet speed varies a lot,a do randomly slow down. This is also the case if I connect my PC to this xpod via ethernet. When I look, PC connected to XPod via ethernet still lose connection to internet, and don’t always show or find ethernet option in its setting…

Greetings, @user_ip311z! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your WiFi Boost Pod, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

If you are getting a persistent blinking white light, it usually means the pod is too far away from your gateway, but if this happens in the same room, then there could be a different connection issue happening.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
