Which network to use? 2.4 or 5

My printer is connected to 2.4 but my desktop is 5 and since the last Windows update, the printer is recognized and the 2/4 network does not show up. HELP! My Iphone is on 5 and it shows both networks.

Also, anyone else having ICloud log in issues since the last Windows update? I can't log on to ICloud and it just spins after I put in the security codes. SO frustrating! Thanks in advance!

Would you mind confirming what type of modem you are using? If you are using one our modems, our Xfinity Gateways broadcast two or three wireless signals/bands (2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz). Here is a great link to name each channel differently so your printer can connect to the 2.4 Ghz channel here. Please let me know if this helps.
