where to find status for a onedrop

My cable was damaged by recent work at the cable box in my neighborhood. A technician initiated a onedrop. How can I use the confirmation code I was given to find the status of that work? We've had no comcast connection since about 10 am on Thursday, 1/15.

How do I request a temporary line be installed? We've had no service since Thursday, 1/15, and the new line could take much much longer to be installed.
