Where is the WPS button on the XB10?

So I have the XB10 gateway. I've been trying for the past hour to find the WPS button, or any information on it. There's only one (visible) button on the router and it's on the back labeled "reset". I can't tell if it's supposed to be the WPS button too or if it's just a reset button. I'm inclined to think that my gateway doesn't support WPS, since I couldn't find the option to either enable or disable it in the admin panel. Any help would be appreciated, I just need to know I'm not going insane lol.

Edit: forgot to mention I tried googling it, asking the Xfinity assistant, and I chatted with support about it for an hour. The only thing I haven't done is press the button, but I really don't wanna restart my internet right now.

Greetings, sudocow@EG provided perfect information that the XB10 has WPS, where the WPS button is, and how to access it. Did their steps resolve this for you?

Sorry for the late reply. I attempted this method on my router a couple days ago, but when I pressed the reset button for less than 20 seconds, nothing appeared to happen. I ended up accidentally factory resetting my router lol. I found this image on reddit but it shows what I see on the back. What I mean by "nothing appears to happen" when I press it is the light doesn't change from just the default white light it seems to always show. No blinking or anything. When I press and hold for 20 seconds then release, it blinks green and factory resets. Am I just missing something? XB10 Modem : r/Comcast

If you can't sort out the WPS button there is almost always a work-around.  Outside of home use WPS is regarded as a security problem.  Push a button to connect is a no-go in public spaces, offices, etc.  Can't have some visitor pushing a button and getting on the corporate network, etc.  There's almost always an alternative configuration method.

I've been using business grade WiFi access points with no WPS support at home for years and have yet to find a device that I couldn't get set up on my network.

For printers often you can plug them into a computer with a USB cable and run a program to set them up.  Sometimes the program comes with the drivers, other times it's a separate download.  Once it's set up you can unplug the USB.  The phone setup option (see below) works with a lot of them, and nicer ones with some sort of user interface allow you to set them up using buttons and a little screen on the printer itself.

Lots of devices have phone apps you can use to set the WiFi parameters.  Like I have this weather station that has a button you push to tell it to search for a phone running their app.  Their app disconnects your phone from WiFi and turns your phone into a WiFi hotspot with no internet access.  The weather station connects to the phone, then you punch in the WiFi settings on your phone.  Some of these apps will use Bluetooth instead if the device supports it.

Then there's a lot of stuff with some sort of user interface, like streaming gizmos, smart TVs, etc.  You just punch in the WiFi password.  Kind of annoying on a Nest thermostat... you get to dial in the password with a click wheel.

I was trying to connect a DSi. There's another way but it consists of plugging in a pretty rare Nintendo wifi adapter to get it to work. I experimented with lowering the security of my wifi and that worked, but I wasn't comfortable with having my entire network less secure just because of one device. I ended up just giving up. I don't REALLY need wifi on my old DS, but I thought it would be fun to mess around with some of the wifi features on it.
