Where is my discount?
I signed up for direct pay from my checking account for the 10 dollars monthly discount. My account still does not reflect the discount. What else do I need to do to get the $10 discount from my monthly bill.

Hey there, @user_anibzh. You'll also need to be enrolled in paperless billing to receive the self-service discount when also signed up for automatic payments with a bank account. The discount can take up to 45 days to appear on your account so it also depends on when you signed up for both of those service features will determine when you should see the discount.
