Where can I find my move/service transfer info?
Hi,
I scheduled a service transfer a few days ago to start service at my new address from today but haven’t received any communication from Xfinity on how to go about this. I also cannot find a confirmation email or anything on my online account which would indicate that this is under way. At this point I’m not even sure that the order went through as the website seemed clunky. Please help!
