When your phone support can get me a live person why is the use of that service ?
I have my internet dropping for the past two weeks and sometimes connection just vanishes when I am in the midle of the work. Zero help from phone calls as its very repetitive and no use. How to get to live agent online ? even this has become near impossible. After several days of struggles if i find a live agent he/she speaks as if he is going to do magic and fix all problems but the moment i hang up its same.
on top of it i get messages stating i have developed some issue suddenly and some technician has to come in to check but they are going to charge me but never tell whats that amount going to be? How can I trust these guys when they cant give a rough estimation ? I had an idiotic experience few years ago and some one came and checked asked me change the cable. I did that and i had to fight forever for years on that hefty bill.
either fix it freely or ask your customer to look elsewhere ... Xfinity is a mental torture
