When will my equipment get mailed?
I just signed up for my WiFi service over the chat option. I mentioned having my modem mailed to me. I am not seeing a way to know when my motel will be mailed and when I asked the chat, they did not tell me. What should I look for in the app or my email for tracking my equipment?
