When will Internet work again?

Received notice that network would be down July 30. It is July 29 and internet is shown. I work from home. How can I find out if it will work tomorrow since it is down today. I need to let my workplace know.

user_a5p2ck Welcome to our community forum! I work from home and know how difficult it can be to make arrangements when there are unexpected service issues. When you check your location here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/statusmap is this a known service issue affecting multiple customers, or is this isolated to your home?

It was an upgrade in my area. Received notification that it was completed but it is out again today ( next day). This is causing issues as a job is in jeopardy because not able to work from home.

@user_a5p2ck Have you by any chance used the Xfinity app to reset the modem? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?
