What's with these speeds?
I'm experiencing consistently poor internet performance despite being on a 2.5 Gbps plan. I've verified my internal network is capable of 2.5 Gbps with local iperf3 tests, and I'm directly connected via a wired 2.5G Switch. I've inspected status and settings and all internal connections are reporting 2.5 Gbps.
I've also conducted hourly speed tests using Ookla’s Speedtest CLI against a Comcast-hosted server (Augusta, GA) over multiple days. The results show:
Download speeds regularly below 500 Mbps. Average 279 mbps with a max 448.
Upload speeds consistently under 400 Mbps. Average 355 mbps with a max 361.
Packet loss up to 1.5%
Latency and jitter spikes at various times. Average jitter 2.81 ms with a max 11.19.
Please investigate this from your side. I’m happy to provide additional logs or work with a technician to resolve the problem.
