What should my status lights on the Nokia router look like

I can't remember what the tech told me when it was installed and I cannot find information anywhere on what they're supposed to look like. The only light on the box is the green PWR light. The PON and ONLINE lights are off. Xfinity says there is no outage. Does that mean there is an issue with the connection between the box and my house? I can't find info anywhere and it's super frustrating on Super Bowl Sunday and the soonest I can get a tech here is in 4 days. Can anyone help me?

user_087d07 Thank you for asking about the light indicators for your router. For 3rd party routers, we would not have access to the specifics of the lights and would recommend reaching out to the router manufacturer for assistance if you are not able to locate the user guide for the non-Xfinity router.

I don't think it's third party. It's whatever the tech installed on my wall where the cable comes in from the outside. My Xfinity modem connects into it on the wall. From an image search it looks like Nokia makes it whatever it is. Probably doesn't matter at this point. They're coming tomorrow afternoon to look at it because I'm pretty sure it's an outdoor cable problem.
