What is the upload speed for the Performance Pro+ 200Mbps plan?

I'm currently on the 400Mbps plan, but I'd like to drop to a lower speed and add xFi Complete for unlimited data since I'm consistently close to going over. My main hang up is that I stream on Twitch, so I need to know whether the upload speed is going to support that. Twitch recommends 3-6Mbps, but I want at least 10Mbps for some overhead.
