What is going on with outage!!!

I haven’t had service for almost 3 days with absolutely NO real update or real timeline of when it’s going to be fixed!  I work from

home and this is effecting my livelihood! I need to know when it’s going to be fixed!  I can’t get anyone on the phone because apparently that’s not an option at all!!! Just get hung up on!

When in range of a hotspot, look for the xfinitywifi, XFINITY, or Xfinity Mobile SSID (network name) in the list of available networks on your device. Check the hotspot location map in the Xfinity app (on the WiFi tab) or the online map. (https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/wifi).
