What is going on with outage!!!
I haven’t had service for almost 3 days with absolutely NO real update or real timeline of when it’s going to be fixed! I work from
home and this is effecting my livelihood! I need to know when it’s going to be fixed! I can’t get anyone on the phone because apparently that’s not an option at all!!! Just get hung up on!

When in range of a hotspot, look for the xfinitywifi, XFINITY, or Xfinity Mobile SSID (network name) in the list of available networks on your device.
