what do I need to do to add an internet connection to an existing coaxial tv line

I have a television connected to xfinity on my lower level.  I have a computer , modem, etc on the main floor but would like to put a computer ( tower ,not laptop) on the lower level using the xfinity coax line that feeds the television .
