what do i haxe to do to talk to a human and not ai?
my internet is slow. i had a technician out a week ago. He check everything at my house and said the issue is outside on the line. i am trying to follow up as i am still experiencing issue. all the xfinity assistant wants to do is setup an appointment i just want to speak to someone.
