Weird signal issues since warm weather kicked in

I have been having both TV issues and internet issues, I have had two techs out who said to put in maintenance tickets for the higher ups. I have a new drop installed the last time a tech was here. Still no work was done. I talked to tech support over the phone and they looked and seen no plant work that had been done since February. The Xfinity assistant always blames my device or website then gives me no other source of troubleshooting.

My internet issues are disconnects where a web page hangs or a video online drops resolution. I look into the logs and see either a T3 timeout, or an MDD timeout. Signals are pretty low in the higher channels.

TV issues is tiling at times on certain channels.

I am kinda getting upset with how much the plant is neglected here. My market is completely on the back burner for the network upgrades as well. Nothing is being done here.

Here is my signals as of this post.

I know you mentioned having maintenance tickets submitted already, and I would like to take a closer look at where things stand. Please send me a direct message with your full name and complete service address.
