Weird internet outage

We had a power blip last night from the storms that came through. I lost internet but not cable. We have a second house on our property, not 50 feet away where my daughter lives. She never lost service - internet + cable. This morning, my cable went out at exactly the same time she lost service. This evening, my cable and her services came back together but my internet is still out. I'm tech savvy - I did the usual reboots, etc. and even watched them send a signal to my router but the connection was never made. I have a feeling there is something wrong in a setting somewhere on their end but I cannot get through to anyone - the bot (phone and chat) just keeps telling me there's an outage. (Which is only half true - I have cable.) I went to the local store, which happens to be in the middle of our little town, and the guys there had no more info than the bots. Something is off here and I cannot get through to ANYONE about it. How can I talk to someone about this?? I foresee an extended problem here...

If you're without signal you can go to this website

https://www.xfinity.com/support/status

It should be able to tell you if there are any reported outages in your area and possibly report your own outage

If it's more complicated than them just fixing some downed wires you may need a tech to come out

I am unable to get through to anyone to ASK for more help. That's my point. And I doubt very much that a tech on site here is going to help. After years in IT and networking my gut tells me this is an issue at the head end.

If your TV service has returned, it can't be a line problem. Both services use the same line. Perhaps the modem took a hit from a line spike and it got fried ?
