website logging me off

Xfinity logs me off while I'm conducting business with my account frequently on both Windows 10 and Apple Mac mini. This has been ongoing for several months.

Hello, @user_9lcuqv! Thank you for taking the time to visit our Xfinity Community Forum, and for posting your website concerns. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've been having, and I'd love to see what we can do to help! Our Digital Care Team is great to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to review and resolve issues as quickly as possible. May we have you provide more details about these incidents, where you're logged off in the middle of working on your account? For example, what action(s) are you taking when you get logged out (i.e. selecting specific sections of My Account, navigating the website, accessing particular account details, etc.)? And when you say that it's frequent, how often would you say this happens?

This almost always happens when I log in to check my plan details, bill or email and mostly logs me off between10-20 seconds while viewing plan and bills due to infrequent emails received.

Like I stated this has been ongoing for several months

That is very odd indeed @user_9lcuqv, does that happen on both the Xfinity app and at the Xfinity.com/myaccount site? I would be happy to check on any account changes for you from here if you could send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service.

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
