Website Blocked... even with Advanced Security OFF

The admin tool for my own website is blocked. It is running on port :2083... I can get to other things on that port, just not my thing.

I've disabled Advanced Security.

I've used their tools to check for blocking... It says "no", but it >IS< being blocked.
* https://spa.xfinity.com/check_url_status

I've used thier tool to request that be UNBLOCKED... They say it isn't being blocked, but it >IS< being blocked.

I can access this from other networks/providers... so I know the site is functional and accessible.

IT IS ONLY BLOCKED VIA XFINITY

BUT THEY WILL NOT FIX IT!

@TommyWIllB, I understand your frustrtion with this, I would like to take a look at the account and figure out why your admin tool is blocked.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and address so that we can assist you further.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
