Web cam
This past friday before the update Comcast did had 5 web cam working just perfect Internet came back on and now I only have only 2 who's working they the the message that i got is OFF LINE too kept them back on I don't know how to do it I am out out town and can not look at my cam thank you for your help

Hi there, @user_a113gr! I am sorry to hear your cameras are offline since the update. It sounds like they need their connection refreshed. Have you tried to reset the modem using the Xfinity app? Do you have a way to restart the cameras remotely, through an app or webpage?
