We can’t get your internet to work.

Our internet is working on our cell phones and IPads but not on our tv or our xfinity cable service. Any suggestions? For some unusual reason there is not a phone number for your customer service. How convenient !

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

user_0q57nd, Hi and thanks for reaching out! I totally understand your concern, but your mobile service is completely different from the service your receive directly in your home. We do have a number for customer service, and do appreciate you reaching out here. I like to give customers the option when the point out that verbal route they'd like to take. I can help you here or provide you with our customer service number. It is also located on the second sheet in your PDF statements. - Furthermore, with your home internet not working, have you attempted to restart your modem?
