We can’t get your internet to work.
Our internet is working on our cell phones and IPads but not on our tv or our xfinity cable service. Any suggestions? For some unusual reason there is not a phone number for your customer service. How convenient !

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
