WD Mycloud NAS storage device blocked on Xfi.

I recently upgraded my modem to the new Xfi system. I have a WD mycloud storage device attached to my network. The device used to work with the old Netgear device but is now being blocked with the Xfi system. I tried troubleshooting with WD without success. I think it is an issue with the xfinity modem.

Are you using a USB or an ethernet connection to the Comcast gateway device ?

Yes, I can see it as a device but can only connect via mycloud. Can't connect directly from the computer.

Looks like there is an IP address from Russia that is trying to access the device. Maybe that's shutting off access.
