Warning to all Xfinity WIFI Customers

I am a long term customer living in an apartmet community

I have experienced repeated (MONTHS) of incurrions on my...

LAPTOP

XFINITY CAMERA

IPHONE

Past NON Remedies!

Changed the WIFI name REPEADLY

Made ridiclous WIFI passwords REPEADLY

Tried using a HIDDEN NETWORK

REPLACED THE ACTUAL MODEM!

!!!INSTALLED A MOCHA FILTER!!!!

I have read numerous articles online on "unknown device connected to your XFINITY network"..... without remedy

you guys need a firmware update or an across the board hardware replacement

GOOD LUCK!

And I welcome anyone of your "Techs" to come out to my place to resolve this security breach

The only answer I have to these breaches is to "pause" the device.  Any other results to yet another "unknown device" just connected to your network

BEYOND PATHETIC
