VPN keeps disconnecting

I am currently working from home, like most people at the moment, and we have to use a VPN/Virtual Desktop to work. But my thin client keeps freezing and kicking me off from the server. I have tried to lowering the firewall, disabling advanced security, etc... and it keeps happening. Any advice or troubleshooting tips are much appreciated!
