VPN Issues

This is disheartening to say but I have wasted so much time with Xfinity regarding my VPN Issues with NO actual solution. I should not have to spend more time and money to resolve a network issue with the provider that I pay a monthly premium for service.  Xfinity needs to resolve this issue for people who use a VPN to work from home.

I have spent numerous hours in the past two weeks trying to resolve the issue with my VPN dropping. It occurs intermittently on my work laptop and my IT department said it is my ISP, Xfinity. After speaking with Xfinity it must be my work laptop. I don't feel like Xfinity is addressing the issue appropriately based on the other posts I have seen. As a customer who pays for a service, I should not be expected to purchase additional equipment in order for the services to work properly. I now have a tech appointment scheduled but I'm sure it'll waste the poor technicians time as there is no known issue according to Xfinity. Is it suggested to find another ISP?
