I'm not sure where to ask about this. I can't understand the language the chat automated response is giving me and I can't find a phone number to get an actual person on the line with to help.

Try disabling the Xfi Advanced Security feature as a workaround for now and see. It's buggy ! And there is currently no way for an end-user to be able to whitelist anything;
