Vizio wifi problem

Just received new gateway. It's setup and working fine with all but my Vizio TV. The new wifi isn't recognized by the TV. It's not even a choice on the list. I've restarted the gateway, unplugged the TV for a while, checked for updates. Nothing. Running an ethernet cable seems ridiculous when it worked fine with the last gateway. A factory reset of the TV is an option but that's a , pain in the a$$, and IDK if it'll solve the problem. I'm looking for help from Vizio but thought I'd mention it here to see if anyone else has run into the problem.

OCBill3 Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. Are you having trouble with any other devices connecting to the new gateway? If not, I would assume there is a disconnect with the TV as well, and it may be a good idea to try a reset.

Contacted Vizio tech support. They were no help, wanted to treat it as a unit in need of repair and out of warranty. SMH
