Video Issues since outage on Feb 6, 2026

MS Teams has been unable to run video since we have an outage for service performance issue on Feb 6, 2026 . I have also noticed intermittent delay on streaming TV since this date. It appears that not all performance issues were addressed on that day. Since we both work from home, video having to be turned off during meetings is quite inconvenient as well as streaming delays.

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
