Video and image's blur and slow to apear in Chrome and Edge. Desktop PC

My Social media and other software under chrome and edge seems to be having some problems displaying some videos and images on my desktop PC.  Which causes a delay and blurry images. Some take a few seconds and some never show at all. Win 11.    xfinity Dl 948.37 Mbps   Up 180.13 Mbs    I'm trying to see if it's internet problem or a Computer problem. PC is only 5 months old. I have two jpg pics as examples, but this post won't let me upload them for some reason. Thanks for your help.
