Very very disappointed and agitated

I ordered service a week ago and have had nothing but problems.. I have been on the phone with customer service over 10 times and have wasted several hours of my time.... every time I call, they say my modem is fixed, then 5 minutes later, i lose internet... one person scheduled me a technician, then I received anew modem in the mail, hooked it up, technical support called me and said it was running good and canceled my technician... 5 minutes later it shut off.... I am currently on the phone for the fourth time today trying to get my technician rescheduled... completely rediculous.
