Very Unprofessional and Uncaring

Very disrespectful, rude, didn’t try and accommodate, didn’t really care about helping at all, laughed at me during the conversation, no kind of help sympathy due to the fact that most days I work from home!! Then laughed again and asked me did I want the phone services.. How I’ve been treated today by several people at Xfinity I wouldn’t recommend Xfinity to a dog!! Switching very soon
