very slow speed with xfinity bridge mode using aruba router with Citrix

Hi i'm getting very slow speeds with my network when Citrix is on for an application but when its off the speed is fast again.   

I'm using xfinity router in bridge mode connected to Asus home router.  its then connected to Aruba router for work.  Any help is appreciated.
