Very frustrated! Internet keeps dropping and can't tell anyone!
Hello. On 3-13-25 there was an outage in my area that made the internet go out. It was resolved, but ever since then multiple times per hour the internet drops for 1-5 minutes. The issue is the AI Xfinity bot keeps trying to troubleshoot and by the time it checks everything the internet is back. I think something happened when the outage occurred but no one can reach a REAL person to them. So Please! I need a real person to help me out and check out whats going on! Please!

I have been having a very similar issue with my internet in the Seattle area. There was no outage I experienced a couple days ago, but all day my internet will just drop for 5-15 minutes. I have restarted my router and gone through the trash AI bot prompt multiple times and nothing has helped. The worst part is, the bot and outage map tries to tell me there are no outages in my area, but the outage map literally shows outages in my area.
I'm at least fortunate that xfinity isn't the only ISP serving my apartment complex, because I am certainly considering cancelling my service with them after this horrendous experience.
