Very frequent intermittent drops

I've been dealing with frequent internet drops lasting 1-3 minutes at a time. I’ve run multiple tests on my end and even tried using a new modem, but the issue persists. I scheduled a technician appointment, but it’s been canceled three times without any notice, and no one seems to care. I’m frustrated and don’t know what else to do. I work remotely and this constant disruption makes it impossible for me to get anything done.

If I had the option, I would switch providers immediately, but unfortunately, Comcast is the only one available in my building.

If anyone is willing to help, I’m sharing my modem logs below.
As you can see, the logs show a high number of T3/T4 timeouts.
