Very bad stability ratings lately for internet

Xfinity was out last week at road intersection and ever since my teams meetings fluxuate on voice over internet badly with dropouts often and webpages load at variant speeds neighbors experiencing same. My signal shows 40-60mbps but it doesnt act that way much worse than prev 6 months of good signal. Xfinity says no issues found in their tests. Any advice to try next besides direct connect ethernet and test.
